By downloading or using Blitz City Flyer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the community features.
Core gameplay works offline. Community high scores, nicknames, device linking, and leaderboards require a network connection and are optional.
If you opt in to community sharing, you may choose a nickname visible to other players in your community. You are responsible for that nickname. Do not use names that are unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that impersonate others.
We may filter, reset, or remove nicknames, and may disable community access for accounts that violate these terms. Other players can report nicknames in the app; reports may reset the reported name automatically while we review.
Do not cheat, automate submissions, or attempt to abuse the community API. We may reject scores or remove accounts that appear fraudulent.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue community services. Offline play does not depend on those services.
Blitz City Flyer is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or community features.
